Brief study of yoga scriptures.

Join us for inspiring Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga sessions on secluded shores while soaking in the melody of the sea.

Accommodation

Students of the Teachers Training Programme are offered a comfortable, twin-sharing AC room with an attached bathroom. Located within the Red Earth Gokarna property on the Honey Beach, it is a peaceful and secluded place to learn yogic practices and adopt a holistic yogic lifestyle.

Food

We promote a sattvic menu mindfully prepared to take care of the nutrition needs of yoga practitioners. The food is freshly cooked using local, organic ingredients and is simple and well-balanced. There are plenty of other food and beverages options on the menu which can be ordered on-pay basis.

Brown bread/Biscuits and tea OR fruit salad OR herbal tea OR coffee OR milk tea. Sometimes traditional Indian breakfast will be served too.

Indian food with rice, chapattis (Indian bread), vegetables, salads, sprouts, beans, yogurt, and lentils.

Indian food with rice, chapattis, vegetables and raw salad, and fruits. You are welcome to order a different meal from the items on the menu, at your own cost.

Evaluation & Certification

Evaluation

There are ongoing assessments based on written as well as practical evaluation. The evaluation is carried out only for those students who have a minimum of 90% attendance. Student conduct is a part of the assessment criterion.

Certification

Students are awarded an international teaching certificate from Yoga Alliance, UK on the successful completion of the training programme.

Chidanand Bubanale

Well-versed in the traditional styles of yoga and adept in the techniques of correct yoga postures, Chidanand Bubanale has over 15 years of yoga teaching experience. Introduced to yoga early in his life, he has travelled across India and learnt its various forms from many acclaimed yoga schools and ashrams. He has also completed Advanced Teacher Training courses, Yoga Vedanta and Sadhana.

Lovingly called Chida by his students and the yoga fraternity, he is known for his calm and composed demeanour. His expertise lies in teaching Hatha Yoga and Astanga Vinyasa and he is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance, U.K.
